Production
Every order is printed on demand by our Printify partner facility. Production takes 2–5 business days before your package leaves the facility.

Live rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and cart weight.
Returns
Because each piece is made to order, we accept returns for manufacturing defects, sizing errors on our end, or items damaged in transit. Reach out within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
We can't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing on the customer side, so please check the size guide before ordering.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, email care@cozyrex.com and we'll open a carrier investigation immediately.
